FLUGBUCH BÄUMLER Translation Please - Übersetzung bitte

Hi,
Please forgive me if I have posted this question in the wrong place of the forum.
I have a Luftwaffe Pilots Log Book and I wondered if some kind person would translate all of the headings across the top of the pages for me, starting from "Lfd des Fluges" and all the way across the 2 pages to "Bemerfungen".

Please upload all your own relevant pictures in good size in this thread. No links or indications to external picture clouds and/ore sales sites are permitted.

Sorry, I didn't know the rules.
Is it possible to upload direct from my computer, the only other way I can do it is through Amazon but not everyone has an Amazon account.

In any post you can load up pictures. -> Dateianhänge -> Hochladen ...

surely we can try to translate the little paper stickers in the columns. However, what is the reward of the translator? Maybe he would be happy to have seen the document completely?
